You NEVER pay for the job before it is done. That is a big no-no.
Just the fact that this guy will do the job for a used truck is suspicious. And what is he going to do to your house if he decides the truck isn’t everything he thought it was. Or what if he demolishes your house, wrecks the truck, and decides he
dosen’t want to finish the job?

Dit klinkt als een slecht idee. Iets dergelijks is er gebeurd met mijn vriendinnen moeder. Wat u zei is precies wat er gebeurd is. Ze probeerde te klagen over het werk klaar. De man zei dat de vrachtwagen was alleen de moeite waard zo veel en hij gespecificeerde wat hij deed met exorbitante prijzen voor de kleine deed hij wel. Misschien met een contract dat omschrijft wat er precies moet gebeuren voor de waarde van de vrachtwagen. Nog niet een goede manier om zaken te doen in deze tijd.
