    That really depends on where you live and the market where you live. The price for a home in New York City is dramatically different than in a small town.

    $45,000 zelfs een goed uitgangspunt zou zijn. Zij kunnen negitiate omhoog een beetje zoals wanneer een uitbetaling wordt bevolen, het bedrag gewoonlijk in een beetje hoger dan komt wat de hypotheekverklaring overdenkt. Niet teveel gebaseerd op de bevindingen in de inspectie, die u het onderhandelen ruimte kan geven, maar gebaseerd op het feit dat het verschuldigd geweeste saldo aan catalogusprijs vrij dicht is.     Aangezien zij zodat veel op het huis verschuldigd zijn dat ik zij willen=zouden= minstens 48,500.00 zou denken. Herinner me zij moeten de verkopers betalen die kosten sluiten uit hun winst. Niet om met de kopers worden verward die kosten sluiten.
